We aim to get your favourite suncare products to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
UK Shipping
UK Standard Shipping is £2.99. Orders over £30 ship for free.
EU Shipping
EU orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Shipping rate may increase at checkout dependent on order weight.

International Shipping
International orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, these are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rate may increase at checkout dependent on order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can see its progress.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@stilsuncare.com with your order number and details. We’ll assist in the claims process
We cannot be responsible for packages after the carrier marks them as delivered
