How long will a bottle of Stil last me?
Stil Face Daily SPF is a 50ml bottle that should last you over 2 months (we estimate 75-80 applications) with daily use. One pump is the recommended amount for face and neck.
Will Stil suit my skin type?
Stil was formulated to work for all skin types and tones including sensitive, acne-prone, dry and oily skin. Our mineral formula is gentle, non-irritating and balanced to protect without clogging pores or causing discomfort.
What type of finish does Stil SPF have?
It absorbs quickly and has a natural finish. It's not greasy, heavy, or chalky (like you might expect from other mineral sunscreens) making it easy to wear every day, under makeup or on its own.
Why is Stil good for your skin?
Stil uses mineral UV filters rather than chemical.
Our main protective ingredient is non-nano zinc oxide. This works by creating a shield on top of the skin and reflecting UV rays rather than absorbing them. This makes it a gentler option reducing the risk of irritation often associated with chemical sunscreens.
What do the different SPF values mean?
SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor and refers to the level of protection against UVB rays - the rays responsible for sunburn and skin damage.
For everyday protection, dermatologists recommend SPF 30 or higher. SPF 30 blocks around 97% of UVB rays, while SPF 50 blocks about 98% - the difference in protection is actually quite small.
The most important thing is applying enough sunscreen and reapplying regularly throughout the day.
Is Stil water resistant?
Stil has not yet been formally tested for water resistance, so we recommend reapplying after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
Mineral sunscreens naturally sit on the surface of the skin, which can help them stay in place better than some chemical formulas. However, like all sunscreens, protection reduces with water exposure, sweat and normal daily wear.
For best protection, reapply regularly throughout the day.
Is Stil safe for children?
Yes, Stil is suitable for children and full-term babies.

Yes, Stil is suitable for pregnant women and breastfeeding mums.
What is the shelf life of Stil Daily Face SPF 30?
Our product has a shelf life of 12 months from first pump.
For best results, we recommend storing in cool, dry place (15°C - 25°) away from direct sunlight. Always ensure the lid is securely closed after use to maintain product integrity and performance.
How often should I apply Stil?
We recommend applying Stil every morning as the final step in your skincare routine, after moisturiser.
If you're spending time in the sun, reapply every 1–2 hours to maintain protection. After swimming or sweating, dry off and reapply. Rub in well. Let Stil do the rest.
What's the difference between chemical and mineral sunscreens?
Chemical sunscreens absorb UV rays and convert them into heat within the skin.
Mineral sunscreens (like Stil) sit on the surface and reflect UV rays away, making them a gentler option for sensitive skin and daily use.
What should my morning skincare routine look like?

Texture of Stil is the best of any sunscreen I’ve tried, perfect weight and smooth. Has also been an amazing base coat for under make up. Love that it is mineral based, cruelty free, and the bottle is so cool, happy to carry it everywhere! Really impressed.

Honestly the best spf I’ve ever put on my face. I wear quite a lot of makeup, I’m also quite oily. With the many face spfs I’ve previously tried I notice it has worsened how oily I am, to the point my mascara even transferred. I am blown away by this product. As an oily skin girly, it's somehow magically stopped my skin from oiling up after an hour or so. I was sceptical at first because skincare is always useless on me for this reason, other brands and products usually fall off my face or give me spots. But Stil is literally perfect - so not only is it protecting my skin from UV in a natural way, it's also a great base for makeup and everyday use (even when the suns not out - i live in the UK lol). Gonna need you guys to make more products ASAP because I'll be buying them all. Finally have a product I'll be using religiously!
This is a great product, for being natural and super easy to use. The consistency is nice to use and absorbs well, without the residue that you get with a lot of products. I also received really great service when reporting a missing delivery - quick, friendly and a really helpful resolution. I highly recommend the product and the shopping experience.
I do like the formula, although is thick it does not leave a whote cast if you spread it properly however the bottle is not it. I recently went on holliday and, obviously it needs to be reapplied through the day but because the bottle is so bulky it is not easy to take on your bag everyday (unless you always carry a big one!) Again, the bottle is not practical, the pump system gets stuck and now that it is almost finish it feels like there is more product there that does not come out. I would prefer if it was spf 50. Overall a nice product but not practical or realistic for everyday use, will not re purchase for 24£, soon to be 28£...
I love the ingredients, that it doesn’t irritate my acne prone skin and it is honestly the best mineral facial sunscreen i have ever used, however i think there a some things that need to be improved! Firstly the bottle that it comes in… i have only used stil for two weeks and the bottle it comes in is not working properly, the top lid gets stuck and there’s only a tiny amount of sunscreen coming out of the bottle which can be frustrating! After the first pump of sunscreen every time after i pumped sunscreen the sunscreen it self was a little dried out and crusty, just the first bit that came out of the bottle, i had the rub the clump between my fingers with a lot of pressure then it would disolve! And thirdly, i once used it when i went hiking and i wasn’t in the sun for two long also not sweating that much and i got a sunburn which was a bit annoying. But i think i just should have reapplied it, also since it says on the bittle to do so. Apart from those three things i totally love stil sunscreen i have been also recommending it to my friends. Also i would love to get stil sunscreen for the whole body in a bigger sized bottle!

The best SPF I’ve ever used! I have incredibly sensitive skin, so I’m absolutely delighted I discovered this local brand on Instagram. I’ve been wearing it for months now and haven’t had a single breakout, which is honestly unheard of for me! The fact that it’s made with natural ingredients is an even bigger bonus. Can’t wait for the body products!
I’ve have very reactive skin and find products with the least number of ingredients suit it best. Having managed to pin down cleansers, moisturisers and eye cream, SPF remained elusive. Stumbled across Stil online a week ago and decided to take a punt, well I’m so glad I did! It goes on smoothly, leaves no white cast, dries down to a dewy, velvety smooth finish that I forgot I was wearing and the best part, my super fussy skin loved it! No puffy eyelids, no redness, no itchiness just creamy, calm happy skin! I have found my holy grail!
